Professional status

Formelwerk provides out-of-school tuition and support lessons. It is not a state-recognised school within the meaning of the Bavarian Education Act, and it does not award state-recognised qualifications or certificates.

Consumer dispute resolution

We are neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board within the meaning of the German Consumer Dispute Resolution Act.

Liability for content

As a service provider we are responsible for our own content on these pages under the general laws in accordance with § 7(1) DDG. Under §§ 8 to 10 DDG, however, we are not obliged as a service provider to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information or to investigate circumstances that indicate unlawful activity.
